"We’ve seen increased visibility, stronger online presence, and significantly better search rankings. They truly understand how to help a business grow and scale through smart, strategic digital solutions."

The Situation

A Busy Practice That Google Couldn't Find

AlphaElite Health is a wellness practice in Beverly Hills, FL offering hormone therapy, weight loss, and aesthetics services. The demand was there. People in Citrus County were searching for exactly what they offered. But when those searches happened, Google was sending patients to businesses in other cities instead.

The practice had a website. They had a Google Business Profile. They even had a few reviews. But none of it was set up in a way that told Google who they were, where they were, or what they offered to people searching nearby.

The owner knew something was off. She was spending money on ads just to show up at all. Paid ads were working to a degree, but the moment the budget paused, visibility disappeared. There was no organic foundation holding anything up. The phone would ring when ads ran and go quiet when they stopped.

That's not a sustainable way to run a practice. The goal was to build something that kept working without needing to keep spending on every single lead.

Problem 1

Google Business Profile wasn't optimized. Wrong categories, no service descriptions, minimal photos, and no consistent posting activity.

Problem 2

Only 12 Google reviews. Competitors in nearby markets had 30 to 60+. When patients compared options, AlphaElite looked smaller than it was.

Problem 3

No dedicated service pages. All treatments were listed on one page with thin descriptions. Google had nothing to rank for individual service searches.

Problem 4

No local content. Nothing on the site specifically mentioned Beverly Hills, Citrus County, or the surrounding areas patients were searching from.

The Situation

What We Actually Did

No magic. Just the right things done in the right order for a local healthcare practice trying to rank in a mid-size Florida market.

1

Google Business Profile Overhaul

The GBP was the first thing we touched because it's the fastest lever for local map pack rankings. We rewrote every section of the profile to target Beverly Hills and Citrus County specifically, not generic wellness language, but the actual terms patients search when they're looking for hormone therapy or weight loss help in this area.

We updated the service categories, added complete service descriptions with local keywords, uploaded new photos of the actual location and team, built out the Q&A section, and set up a consistent posting schedule. Within days the profile looked like an active, credible business instead of a placeholder page.

2

Dedicated Service Pages for the Three Revenue Drivers

Instead of trying to rank for everything at once, we focused on the three services that made AlphaElite the most revenue. Each got its own dedicated page, written specifically for patients searching in Beverly Hills and the surrounding Citrus County area.

These pages weren't just rewritten service descriptions. They were built around how patients in this market actually search: what symptoms they type, what questions they ask, what they need to know before they'll book. Each page included proper heading structure, location-specific content, internal links to the GBP and related services, and schema markup so Google understood exactly what the page was about and who it was for.

3

Technical SEO Cleanup

While the content work happened, we went through the existing site and fixed the technical issues that were quietly holding rankings back. Page titles and meta descriptions rewritten to target local search terms. Heading tag structure corrected on every page. Schema markup added across the site. Image alt tags updated. Mobile load speed improved.

This is the work that patients never see and that most business owners don't know about, but Google cares about it. A site with good content and poor technical SEO will always underperform compared to one where both are handled.

4

Automated Review System

Twelve reviews wasn't enough to compete. Competitors in larger nearby markets had built up review counts over years, and new patients comparing options were choosing businesses that looked more established.

We set up an automated review request system that sent patients a follow-up message right after their appointment. No awkward ask at the front desk. No manual process for the staff. Just a timed, personalized message that made it easy to leave a review in under a minute. In the first month, the review count doubled. That jump changed how AlphaElite looked in comparison searches almost immediately.

What Eight Weeks of the Right Work Looks Like

AlphaElite Health went from invisible on local search to the first name patients saw when they searched for their services in Beverly Hills. The results came faster than most local SEO campaigns because the foundation had been neglected, there was a lot of room to move quickly.
